Our members were invited to the Ku-ring-gai Horticultural Society’s event in June.
Alicia Powell gave a talk on the Camellia Show organised by Prof. Waterhouse in July 1948. This show was opened by Lady Vivien Leigh and caused a great stir in the community. This was an evening when we celebrated the camellia and was of interest to many of our members.
